INVITATIONS

The following event’s Champions are exempt for the Dixie Amateur. The Top 500 Scratch Player World Amateurs and top 50 Junior Amateurs are also exempt. Participants in these events are eligible for the Dixie Amateur. All application entry forms including exempt players must be fully filled out, include the entry fee and be accompanied by a full playing resume. Players not accepted will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Note that the top 500 players, according to Scratch Players world amateur ranking, on the date of their entry are exempt.*

The 2011 Champions from the following Amateur Competitions are exempt, participants are eligible:

All qualifiers of the 2011 USGA Junior, Amateur, & Mid-Amateur Championships
All qualifiers of the 2011 British Amateur Championship
All Amateur Section qualifiers of the 2011 US Open Championship
Participants in the 2011 NCAA Division I & II National Championships
Top 50 Amateurs as ranked by SPWAR – Men's & Boy’s
