Restaurants
Heron Bay Golf Club features the Heron Bay Grill which opens at 5:45 a.m. on tournament days and closes at 10 p.m. The Marriott features the Links Restaurant overlooking the ninth hole. There are many restaurants within walking distance.

Practice Rounds

• Oct. 1-Dec. 30.
• Tee times can be made only through the Heron Bay golf shop. If your tee time is made through an outside entity, you will not be able to receive the tournament practice rate.

Senior Division Dec. 8, 9, 10, 2011

• 54-hole stroke play (no cut)
• White tees; approximately 6,400 yards
• Player's Complimentary Lunch will be served daily

Men's Division Dec. 19, 20, 21, 22, 2011

• 72-hole stroke play (36-hole cut)
• Tournament tees; approximately 7,200 yards

Women's Division Dec. 30, 2011, Jan. 1, 2, 2012

• 72 hole stroke play (36 hole cut)
• White tees; approximately 6,400 yards

Women’s Senior Division Dec. 31 2011, Jan. 1, 2, 2012

• 54 hole stroke play (no cut)
• Green tees; approximately 6,000 yards

Golf Carts and Caddies

• Contestants are required to take a cart during practice rounds
• Contestants may have a caddie
• Contestants are playing threesomes; two carts per group
• Contestants may walk during the final rounds
• Spectators are welcome, but no spectator carts are allowed

Contestant Check-In
Contestants are required to check in at their tee no less than 10 minutes before their tee time.

Tee Times & Pairings
Senior Men’s Division tee times and pairings for the final round will be posted at 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 9, in the Heron Bay golf shop and the Marriott lobby.

Women's Division tee times and pairings for the final two rounds after the cut will be posted on Dec. 31 at 7 p.m., in the Heron Bay golf shop and the Marriott lobby.

Men's Division tee times and pairings for the final two rounds after the cut will be posted on Dec. 20 at 7 p.m., in the Heron Bay golf shop and the Marriott lobby.

Scores will be posted promptly after each round. If you would like your local media outlet(s) to receive information about the event, please email the appropriate contact name and email address to jgordon@clublink.ca.

Room Arrangements
Please note a preferred room rate for participants has been arranged at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel and Convention Center adjacent to Heron Bay Golf Club. Should you wish to share a room, please notify us when you register. You can specify a roommate or, if desired, we will arrange for someone to share your room to defray expenses.
