Restaurants
Heron Bay Golf Club features the Heron Bay Grill which opens at 5:45am on tournament days and closes at 10pm. The Hotel features the Links Restaurant overlooking the 9th hole. There are a tremendous number of restaurants within walking distance.

Practice Rounds

• Starting October 1st  through December 30th.
• Tee times can be made only thru our pro shop. If your tee time is made thru an outside entity you will not be able to receive the tournament practice rate. Call 954-796-2000 between 7am and 5pm.

Tournament Rounds

Senior Division December 7, 8, 9, 2009

• 54 Hole Stroke Play
• White Tees - Tournament Yardage approximately 6,400 yards
• Player's Complimentary Lunch will be served daily

Women's Division December 31 & January 1, 2, 3, 2009/2010

• 72 hole Stroke Play (36 hole cut)
• White Tees – Tournament Yardage approximately 6,400 yds

Women’s Senior Division December 31, 1, 2, 2009/2010

• 54 hole stroke play (no cut)
• Green Tees – Tournament Yardage approximately 6,000 yds

Men's Division December 19, 20, 21, 22, 2009

• 72 hole stroke play (36 hole cut)
• Tournament Tees – Tournament Yardage approximately 7,200 yds

Golf Carts & Caddies

• Contestants are required to take cart during qualifying rounds
• Contestants may have a Caddy
• Contestants are playing threesomes two carts per group
• Contestants may walk during the final rounds
• There are no spectator carts allowed

Contestant Registration
Please let us know that you have arrived by stopping by the Contestant Registration Desk in the Clubhouse Lobby between 12:00 Noon and 6:00 p.m.

Contestant Check-In
Contestants are required to check in at their tee no less than 10 minutes before their tee time.

Tee Times & Pairings
Senior Division Tee Times and Pairings for the final round will be posted on 5pm Saturday December 12th, in the Heron Bay Pro shop and the Marriott Coral Springs Hotel Lobby.

Women's Division Tee Times and Pairings for the final 2 rounds after the cut will be posted on  January 1st at 7pm, in the Heron Bay Pro shop and the Marriott Coral Springs Hotel Lobby.

Men's Division Tee Times and Pairings for the final 2 rounds after the cut will be posted on December 20th at 7pm, in the Heron Bay Pro shop and the Marriott Coral Springs Hotel Lobby

Scores
Scores will be posted each evening. If you would like your hometown newspaper to receive information about the event including scores and highlights we need a contact name, newspaper and email address. Please email us this information to info@dixieamateur.com.
